Within the contrato menor
The service fits under the contrato menor limit for services (€15,000/yr ex-VAT) and lasts one year at most, with no extension and no lock-in.
Shared secretaries
If you serve several towns, you work from one account and switch town with one click. Each town contracts its own service.
Free pilot
For collaborating towns, a free 3–4 month pilot in exchange for feedback and, if you are happy, a case study.
Paperwork for the file
We provide what the procurement file needs: service description, data-processing agreement and security information.
