We listened to municipal secretaries, comptrollers and mayors. This is what fails in current systems, and how EnaScribe avoids it by design.
No hardware, no tender
The video-minutes contracts we found in public tenders range from €20,500 to €43,560 and force a tender. EnaScribe installs nothing in the council chamber: it accepts any recording you already make (a phone, a recorder, an exported stream) and is bought as a contrato menor (direct award).
A draft of the minutes, not a transcript
A raw automatic transcript is not an acta. EnaScribe separates speakers, splits the session into agenda items and drafts formal minutes for each item, agreements and votes included.
Catalan and Spanish mixed, no language to pick
You don't choose the session's language: every transcript fragment is labelled with the language detected, Catalan or Spanish. Transcription runs on our own servers, not on an external AI service.
Nothing depends on us during the session
No installed equipment that can fail and suspend the plenary. Record however you like; EnaScribe processes it afterwards. If our service went down, your session would never notice.
