How it works

From recording to published minutes in five steps: nothing to install, no IT project.

1. Upload the recording

Audio or video, any common format (mp3, wav, m4a, mp4, mov…). Paste the agenda if you have it: items are aligned automatically.

2. Transcription and speakers

Catalan/Spanish transcription with the language labelled on every fragment, speaker separation and mapping to the council roster (you can correct it).

3. Timed items, titles and summaries

The session is split into agenda items with start/end times, a title and summary per item, plus an executive summary. Everything carries the 'AI-generated' label until you review it.

4. Draft minutes and export

A formal draft per item, editable next to the transcript. Export the full minutes to Word or PDF, or a single item to Word. Secret items are exported as the town has configured: excluded, title only, or in full for the official internal minutes.

5. Review and publish

Nothing reaches the public page until a secretary or an editor clicks 'Review and publish': mark the secret items, review the executive summary and show notes, confirm and publish. Secret items never appear on the public page or in public audio clips.

An editor built for the secretary

  • ✓ Transcript and draft side by side, with click-to-play audio at the exact second
  • ✓ 'Review' flags on low-confidence transcript passages
  • ✓ Inline editing of each item's title, summary and minutes text, of the executive summary and of the show notes
  • ✓ Editing a text clears its AI label: provenance is always visible
  • ✓ Every change is saved with its author: view and restore any earlier version
  • ✓ Per-item regeneration; reprocessing a session keeps the items you edited
  • ✓ Roles: contributors edit; the secretary or an editor publishes and unpublishes
  • ✓ Download each item's audio clip
  • ✓ Multi-town built in: one secretary, several municipalities, one account
  • ✓ KPI dashboard and an annual PDF report for the town's yearly review
